Thanks to my friend’s referral, I recently came in contact with LV Carpet Care Bay Area as this business just launched and wasn’t advertising yet. BTW, “word of mouth” is the best advertisement (with YELP coming in close as 2nd).

Nevertheless, I am thankful for the referral because LV’s Carpet Care made our carpets look and feel just as great, if not better than when they were brand new in June 2009!

Soon after we moved into our new home, we adopted two puppies. While they are definitely bundles of joy, they initially come with some housebreaking challenges. Regardless of how our pups have remodeled parts of our home though, we will never regret our four-legged loves.

Anyhow, since then, our pups have learned to potty outside and now, we just deal with the normal wear & tear on our carpets that come from puppy play, guests, and everyday living.

Additionally, I had just returned from executing a “BIG” work meeting and took the day off to spring-clean. A sparkly, clean home always makes me feel more relaxed and joyful so I thought since the rest of the house is clean, why not deep-clean the carpets too? Splendid idea!

LV Carpet Care Bay Area arrived just on time and made our carpets look, feel, and smell Brand New! Actually, they smelled better than “new” because of the faint citrus scent from the cleanser. After everything dried, my husband and I noticed that our carpets felt softer and fluffier! Our bare feet love it!!!

My husband and I rented a rug doctor to clean our living room of the messes that our children and pets have left over the past two years in the house we rent. We ending up spending $65 bucks on all the products and rental cost only to have it be the worst thing ever. You could tell the rug doctor had not been cleaned as there were clumps of hair and fibers in the brushes. We took the rug doctor back immediately and decided to call a carpet cleaning pro.

We found LV Carpet Care on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. We called around 1 in the afternoon and were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. They were busy but they were able to squeeze us in. We had not cleaned the carpet since we moved in, so I was very skeptical that the spots would come out. LV came out and did an amazing job! The job took about 30 minutes and left the tan carpet looking brand new. Everything was great, but for whatever reason, the carpet did not dry right away leaving a musk smell. We called LV and had no problem getting them to come back, free of charge, and re-do the living room. The fact that the carpet did not dry completely the first time was most likely nothing to do with their service but they were caring enough to come and help us out anyways just to make sure we were completely satisfied.

I will definitely have them come back again! They are mid-ranged price wise, but I believe the fact that there products are eco-friendly and they do a great job makes it worth the money. There are coupons in the Valu-Pack and Penny Saver for other carpet cleaning places, but checking their Yelp reviews proved you get what you pay for as they all had poor ratings.

I was referred to LV Carpet by a friend of mine….my carpets were beat.i needed to do somthing. I have only used the carpet cleaners u can rent from safeway..and they never really worked to good.So I called LV Carpet.. they were on time for our appointment, they were very professional and got right to work. Just wanted to let everyone know that we just had our carpets cleaned by the LV Carpet Care Crew yesterday evening (nov 29, 2011) and they came out GREAT. We have these white carpets and over time had gained some heavy dark dirt spots along with other stains in heavy traffic area and from people spilling what not. Now they are looking clean, mean and white again. I did take a couple reschedules to get the date right but once we were locked in the carpet crew came over and did work. I could not stay for the time being so i just asked the guys to lock my front door and exit the garage once they were finished. And to my delight the carpet came out even better than what i anticipated knowing how dirty the carpets had become.

We also had made use of their pressure washing service in our patio. We have a beautiful pitbull who roams and owns the back and this guy gets into everything. Our patio is covered with trials and blotches of our baby boy outside and the expeditions of dirt he tends to mound all over the place, you wouldn’t even be able to tell that we had concrete. They guys came and cleared all the patio furniture, although we should have had that done, they happily helped. Once cleared the guys pressure washed the whole back giving our patio a bright, clean and illuminating look. All the debris in the nooks and cracks were wiped clear and any dirt stains or other debris were cleared away.

I got this coupon in the mail and decide to call LV carpet care to clean my carpets, 5 rooms and 13 steps which had some pet stains, I talked to Loui over the phone and he explain to me the different services they provide in order to get my carpet close to new condition with a very reasonable price, lower than other companies that I have used before, so I made the appointment, they came and clean my whole house carpets. I was surprise how clean my carpets turn out, they did an excellent job with, not to mention great costumer service as well. I would definitely recommend their services to friends, family and yelp users.

Thanks to LV Carpet Care I no longer have these awful spots in my carpet. I have had the carpets cleaned before and the spots went away only to return within a week. I had my carpets cleaned two weeks ago by LV Carpet Care and very glad l did as they were able to get my spots out, the carpets look fabulous and my spots have yet to return. Louie was very professional, courteous and provided great customer service; he called the next day to make sure I was happy. I will definitely call LV Carpet Care next time I need my carpets cleaned!

I have dogs, and so my patio isn’t exactly the cleanest. He also pressure washed my patio. My house hasn’t looked better! I can’t wait to have them back next week for my tile and grout. One of the things that sets LV Carpet care in a different category from all the other places I’ve used is the customer care. After my house was cleaned I got a call from the owner making sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Impressive! My carpets look and feel WONDERFUL! I have a dog and a toddler and the carpets and couches can get a little messy at times. A close friend of mine referred me to use LV Carpet care cause she said that they did an amazing job at her house. I called up LV Carpet care after business hours and I had the owner of the company answer my phone call right away and we set up an appointment for two days later because that’s what worked best for me. Not only was it on a Saturday and short notice but when they arrived the worker had a great attitude and worked efficiently. As bad as my carpets and couches were LV Carpet care brought them back to life and saved me from replacing them.
